FAQ

  • What type of session is for me?

Both energy work and mentorship sessions are integrative of all aspects of your being: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Energy work sessions offer a more passive/receptive space for the client, while mentorship asks for a more active engagement in one’s unfolding process.

  • How many sessions should I book a month?

Session frequency depends on your current psycho-spiritual and physical needs. In general, twice monthly for integrative health maintenance is sufficient. During periods of intensity, either physically or physiologically, weekly sessions can be helpful. I also work with clients weekly as a mentorship intensive.

  • How do I prepare for an energy work session?

Please refrain from drinking alcohol or partaking in mind-altering substances, including marijuana, for at least 24 hours before a session. These greatly affect the depth and quality of the healing. Wear comfortable clothing and hydrate well before and after the session, water is the great mover of energy.

  • Do remote energy sessions work?

Yes. While our rational minds can get tangled up in what is ‘possible’, our energy fields have no qualms about existing outside our preconceived notions of time and space. I am able to be in deep contact with you and your field regardless of physical location. Remote sessions can offer clients a freedom of expression that may be difficult for some in face-to-face interactions.

  • What is the human energy field?

The human energy field is a manifestation, or consolidation, of the larger forces of universal energy in the context of the individual. All aspects of your individuality: beliefs, emotions, thoughts, memories, experiences, physicalities, etc. are encoded in this field and can be consciously tended to through energy work.

  • What is a Rite of Passage ceremony?

A Rite of Passage ceremony marks and celebrates transitions in our lives so that we can be initiated into our selves/community/world knowing our true nature and inherent gifts. Ceremonies vary, but generally involve intentional solitude in nature and a return filled with deep, communal witnessing. I guide in ceremonies of varying length and focus, see my offerings page for upcoming experiences.
